Pulsewave technologies

Pulsewave Technologies develops business software that helps organisations run better, including ERP
systems, CRMs and subscription-based solutions for businesses across a range of industries.
We’re looking for a driven, organised and people-focused professional to grow our customer base and
make sure every customer gets real value from our products.

You will be the bridge between our customers and our development team. You will find new customers,
demonstrate and sell our systems, onboard and train new users, keep existing customers happy, and
make sure their needs reach the developers clearly and get followed up.

What You’ll Do

  • Find and win customers: generate leads through calls, email, social media, referrals and business visits; run product demos online and in person; prepare proposals and quotations; and close subscription sales.
  • Grow our brand: manage our social media pages and support campaigns, exhibitions, events and
    product launches.
  • Onboard and train: set up new customers, coordinate data migration with developers, and train
users until they’re confident with the system.
  • Manage customers: run regular check-ins, handle first-line support, follow complaints through to
resolution, and drive renewals, upgrades and referrals.
  • Coordinate with developers: document feature requests and bugs clearly, maintain an issue
register, and keep customers updated on progress.
  • Manage billing and collections: issue invoices, track renewals and payments, and follow up on
    overdue accounts.
  • Run daily operations: schedule demos, training and field visits; handle travel logistics, petty cash
    and expense records.
  • Report: prepare weekly reports on leads, sales, onboarding, support, collections and renewals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication, IT or a related
field. Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, account management or business operations.
  • Experience selling or supporting software is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to learn software products quickly and demonstrate them confidently.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing, expense tracking and record keeping.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, email, presentation tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Kiswahili.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Are

  • Confident approaching prospects and presenting to business owners.
  • A good listener, negotiator and problem-solver.
  • Highly organised, with consistent follow-through.
  • Able to juggle multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Professional, trustworthy and discreet with customer information.
  • Willing to travel for customer visits and field activities.
  • Self-driven, and comfortable working alongside technical teams.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary / Basic salary plus sales commission
  • Performance bonuses tied to sales and recurring revenue
  • Hands-on experience across multiple software products and industries
  • A chance to grow with a fast-moving technology company
